Students are taught and cared for by close to 1,750 certified and non-certified staff members. In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in a shared-time vocational education program sponsored by the Mercer County Vocational Schools. It operates one special education alternative program for middle/high school students. It consists of 23 schools which include 3 high schools, 3 middle schools, and 17 elementary schools. The Hamilton Township School District is comprised of a diverse group of nearly 12,400 students. We have an ideal geographical location that affords Hamiltonians a one hour drive to both New York City and Philadelphia.

We are a suburban school district located between Princeton and Trenton. It is the ninth largest school district in the state. Our school district is located in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. We're grateful for this partnership and for the caring donors helping our school communities become stronger, so that Hamilton Township School District students can thrive. Through DonorsChoose, they can use that knowledge to help fund projects that bolster their vision for high-quality instruction in the classroom. Our district's incredible teachers know their students' unique needs better than anyone.
